Labiaplasty is aesthetically reduction of internal labiums, and it’s usually performed with 'sedation anesthesia', and local numbing at the office. It is performed for reasons of excess tissue, sagging, wrinkling, and darkening of color in the ‘labium minus’, inner genital lips. It has many aesthetic, hygienic, sexual and physical benefits.
Excesses in the inner lips cause complaints such as friction when wearing tight pants, protruding appearance when wearing swimsuits, tights, bikinis, difficulty in urination or the flow of urine to the side, legs, the constant moistness of that area due to skin wrinkles in the genital area, therefore frequent exposure to infection and odor formation.

Laser vaginal rejuvenation, tightening, or non-surgical vaginal tightening is known as 'Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation' (LVR).
A laser vaginal tightening (rejuvenation) procedure is performed for those with vaginal enlargement, inability to orgasm, painful sexual intercourse, frequent vaginal infections, or dryness in the vagina. Laser vaginal rejuvenation is preferred in patients who have not had a vaginal delivery, have not had advanced vaginal enlargement despite giving birth, and have no or mild genital organ prolapse.
Laser vaginal tightening is a non-surgical, painless procedure. The application usually takes about 20 minutes and does not require anesthesia. There is no major complication reported worldwide. With the “Femilift” (from ALMA company) carbon dioxide laser robotic arm, and “Mona Lisa Touch” (from DEKA company) fractional lasers which we use in our Istanbul clinic, the average treatment time is 3 minutes. Genital area bleaching can be done with a laser to the darkened areas in the external genital areas. The procedure is completed comfortably with sedation anesthesia or easily by topical creams. Genital color lightening (bleaching) treatment with carbon dioxide lasers usually takes 3-4 minutes. We also use some chemical solutions, mesotherapy agents and prepared solutions for the genital bleaching.
Hymenoplasty or “hymen repair” is the process of restoring the hymen, which has lost its anatomical integrity due to sexual intercourse or inserting a different object into the vagina. There are short-term and long-term repairs of the hymen. It is a simple surgical procedure usually performed with local anesthesia.
Vaginal stenosis may develop congenitally or after surgery, and in women, it may cause pain during sexual intercourse or even the inability to have intercourse. For this reason, the way of healthier sexual intercourse is opened with vaginal enlargement surgeries.

Dyspareunia can have many psychological and physical causes. Pain and dyspareunia treatments in sexual intercourse are only successful if they are done for the cause. Therefore, the first gynecologic evaluation by an experienced obstetrician is very important. A definitive solution can be obtained with the treatment applied in line with the diagnosis.
Inability to orgasm and sexual reluctance are common problems in women. In these problems that occur due to physical or psychological reasons, cause-oriented treatments are important.
